生长激素缺乏症儿童应用重组人生长激素治疗前后免疫状态的研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究通过对生长激素缺乏症儿童(GHD)应用重组人生长激素(r-hGH)治疗前后免疫状态进行比较,探讨r-hGH作为免疫增强剂的应用前景。方法:32例GHD儿童r-hGH治疗前和治疗3个月后,应用流式细胞术和免疫化学分析法分别检测患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)和免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)的含量,并与26例正常儿童对照。结果:①32例GHD儿童治疗前T淋巴细胞亚群的百分率与对照组比较具有显著性差异,治疗前后对比也具有显著性差异。②32例GHD儿童免疫球蛋白治疗前与对照组比较有显著性差异,治疗前后对比也具有显著性差异。结论:r-hGH治疗后不仅可改善GHD患儿的身高,而且还可明显改善其细胞免疫及体液免疫功能。Objective： The present study was designed to evaluate the changes of immunological function by using recombinant human growth hormone （ r - hGH） on children with growth hormone deficiency （ GHD）, so that to explore the r - hGH＇s application prospect as an immuncenhancement medicine. Methods： T lymphocyte subset （ CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ , CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ） and immunoglobulin were measured before and after r - hGH treatment to evaluate the changes of immunological function in 32 GHD children, compared with 26 normal children （ control group） . then made the statistics analysis after clinical observation with SPSS 10. 0 software. Results： There were significant difference before and after treatment in GHD children in all the data. Conclusion： The changes of T lymphocyte subset and immunoglobulin in children with GHD by using r - hGH have great signification, which indicated that r - hGH can not only improve the high of GHD children, but also improve the cellular immunity and humeral immunity function.
