摘 要:从山羊绒针织物的生产工艺着手,分析研究配料、染色、纺纱、织造和后整理等环节对山羊绒织物起毛起球的影响规律。在一定织物密度条件下,山羊绒原料的配料、纤维染色工艺对织物起球影响显著。原料的长度与细度直接关系到企业的生产成本,同时也显著影响羊绒针织物的起球等级。经过防缩处理的羊绒纤维,由于纤维相互纠缠程度降低,针织物的起球等级提高。Based on the manufacture of the cashmere knitted fabric, this paper analyzed the pilling problem from the selection of fiber, dyeing, spinning, knitting, finishing and other processes. It found that the selection of fiber and the dyeing process had obvious impact on pilling when the fabric had the same thread count. The length and the fineness of the fiber would not only influence the cost of the factory directly, but also have a great impact on the rate of pilling. The different ways of spinning will bring diverse yarn structures which also makes different pilling properties. At the same time, the shrink proof finishing could also help resolving the pilling problem as this process could made fibers out of entanglement.
