摘　　要：介绍了近几年半精纺工艺的发展及梳理成套设备的组成特点和结构创新性能。该套设备主要包括和毛机、自动混料机、风机、棉箱、梳理制条机等,可组合成十几种工艺流程供用户选择。其主要任务是将经过和毛机处理并加入和毛油的羊绒、兔毛、天丝、粘胶等天然或人造纤维、化学纤维进行细致混和、分梳、除杂,并聚合成一定克重的生条,供后道工序使用。此梳理成套设备适应原料广,喂入出条均匀,生产效率高,机电一体化程度较高,用工少,在整个半精纺工艺流程中起到关键的作用。This structural innovative paper briefly introduced the semi-worsted spinning technology, the makeup features and the performances of the complete line. The complete set of equipments can be combined to more than 10 kinds of process flows for the users. The equipemnts mainly include teaser card, automatic mixer, blower fan, chute feeder and carding ＆ slivering machine, and so on. The main function is to finely blend, card and clean the natural, synthetic or man-made fibers such as cashmere, rabbit hair, tencel and viscose mixed and oiled by teaser card, and then condense them into slivers of certain weight for the following process. The complete set of equipments plays a key role in the whole semi-worsted spinning process. The application of the complete line is wide, the feeding and the sliver delivery are even and uniform. The machines are of high production efficienty and of high electromechanic integrity and require less workers.
