摘  要:目的:研究植物生长物质种类和浓度、蔗糖含量对怀山药茎段形成不定芽和诱导小块茎的影响。方法:选用怀山药的茎段为材料,采用正交设计研究蔗糖、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、萘乙酸(NAA)对丛生芽和小块茎诱导的影响,对所得实验数据进行极差分析、方差分析。结果与结论:茎段诱导丛生芽最适宜的培养基为MS+6-BA 1mg.L-1+NAA 1 mg.L-1+蔗糖3%,各因素影响程度依次为蔗糖>6-BA>NAA;诱导小块茎最适宜培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg.L-1+NAA 1.5 mg.L-1+蔗糖5%,各因素影响程度依次为蔗糖>6-BA>NAA。Objective: To study the effects of different factors on buds and microtuber. These factors included plant growth substances and sucrose. Method: stems were selected as explants. The effects of three kinds of factors were studied by orthogonal design method including sucrose, 6-BA, NAA on the buds and microtuber induction. The data were analyzed with range analysis and vafiance analysis. Result and conclusion: The optimal media to induce many buds from stems wereMS + 6-BA 1 mg· L^-1 + NAA 1 mg· L^-1 + sucrose 3%, the effect of the three factors was in sequence of sucrose 〉 6-BA 〉 NAA . The optimal media to induce micro- tuber from stems were MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg · L^-1 + NAA 1.5 mg· L^-1 + sucrose 5%, the effect of the three factors was in sequence of sucrose 〉6-BA 〉 NAA.
