摘　　要：西部农业开发要着力开发西部特色农业。从①调研地区特色资源优势资源;②建设特色农业资源数据库;③筛选项目;④从特色项目着手;⑤提倡开发利用一村一品、一户一策信息资源;⑥做好结构调整与产业化中的信息资源开发利用;⑦实施特色农产品信息化等方面,阐述了如何开发利用好西部特色农业信息资源的问题。We should focus on agricultural development in the western region development of the western regions of specialized agriculture. Paper （1） special local resource advantages research resources; （2） construction of agricultural resources database characteristics, （3） screening project; （4） the project started, （5） promote the strategy of One Village One Product; （6） to make the structural adjustment of industries and the development and utilization of information resources; （7） with the implementation of agricultural products, such as information, on how to make good use of western development with the issue of agricultural information resources
