摘　　要：网络文献数据库的主要功能概括为信息检索功能、内容扩增功能和服务拓展功能。通过用户对数据库各项功能的应用情况调查分析表明:用户已把信息检索作为使用数据库的主要目的,而数据库新增的内容扩增功能和服务拓展功能在用户实际应用中未能充分发挥其作用。分析认为,出现这种问题的主要原因,一是用户没有真正认识到这些新增功能的作用及巨大的服务优势,二是数据库新增功能模块还不够完善、部分链接很不稳定。由此探讨了目前最大限度发挥文献数据库各种功能应采取的主要措施。The function of online database is information retrieval, content amplify and service expand function, through users application situation investigation result indicate： Users have already regarded the information retrieval as the main purpose to use database, and database newly-increased content amplify function and service expand function fail to give full play to the role in practical application .To the question Analysis： the first is users does not realize newly-increased function and enor- mous service advantage of the function, the second is the database newly-increased function module is not complete enough. By this discussion should adopt of main measure for literature database newly-increased function to the greatest extent at present.
