摘　　要：针对网络环境下高校图书馆用户信息需求的多元化多样化、专业化个性化、系统化集成化、新颖性时效性、自助性交互性、信息素养教育常规化等发展趋势,从引进资源、整合资源、建立共建共享机制、优化专业人员、开展信息素养教育等方面提出了高校图书馆服务型信息资源体系建设的策略。Under the condition of demand diversity, personality, systematization, originality and mutuality from readers, and normality in information attainments education in university libraries, we advised the tactics of information resource system in university libraries fi＇om several aspects as follows： introducing information resource, reorganizing information resource, establishing mechanism of sharing resource, optimizing the educational structure of librarians and carrying out information attainments education.
