摘　　要：从高校图书馆传统工具书的收藏和利用状况调查分析入手,指出传统工具书资源的时代困境,提出了认清传统工具书不可替代的重要作用,建立有特色的传统工具书重点馆藏保障系统,改变常用传统工具书馆藏模式,改变传统的借阅方式等一系列强化传统工具书开发利用的新思路。Analysis is made on the storage and the utilization of traditional reference books in university libraries, Pointed out then are the present difficulties of the traditional reference books and the importance of realizing the irreplaceable role of the traditional reference books, Thus, a series of new ideas to strengthen the exploitation and utilization of traditional reference books, such as the establishment of the characteristic library storage security system of traditional reference books, alternation of the usual storage mode and the traditional access methods, are put forward.
