摘  要:建立了铁路架桥机钢结构的有限元模型,完成了各种工况下考虑温度载荷时架桥机的强度计算,与不考虑温度载荷的强度结果进行了比较,详细分析了温度载荷对架桥机的强度影响。计算结果表明,阳光直射使主梁上翼缘板温升较大时,上翼缘板的应力变化不可忽视,而且应力变化与温升成线性关系。Finite element model of railway bridge erecting machine's steel structure is built. Strength calculation under various conditions is conducted, in which temperature load is considered, and the results is compared with the ones of strength calculation in which temperature load is neglected. Analysis of influence of temperature load on the bridge erecting machine's steel structure strength shows that when sun light shines straightly on girder's upper flange and causes bigger temperature increase, change in upper flange stress can not be neglected, and that the changes is in linear relation to increase in temperature.
