摘  要:为揭示母本育性对磨盘柿杂种败育的影响程度,本研究对磨盘柿的子房、胚囊进行定期调查和制片观察,结果表明:磨盘柿的胚囊发育进程与其子房的外观大小之间有着严格的对应关系;在胚囊发育形成过程中存在多种异常现象,主要表现为无胚囊、胚囊伸长但无扩大、局部珠被发育异常、发育滞后、胚囊的退化等,其中珠孔部的外珠被发育异常是磨盘柿所特有的,但考虑到孢子体与育性的可能关系,认为胚囊珠被局部异常与后期突起败育型杂种形成之间的关联度还需要更进一步的试验证据。Development of embryo sac of Mopanshi persimmon cultivar was histologically investigated to clarify the cause of hybrid seed abortion in Mopanshi cultivar. Results showed that some abnormal phenomena were involved during embryo sac development: 1 )presence of a nucellus but lacking an embryo sac ; 2)unexpanded embryo sac ; 3 )abnormalities in the development of outer integument; 4)retard of embryo sac development; 5)degeneration of generative cell. Compared with other persimmon cultivars originated from Japanese, although the abnormality of outer integument was proprietary for Mopanshi cultivar, the main cause of seed abortion at later stage needs still further experimental evidences for considering lower correlative degree between sporophyte and feritility. The relationship between ovary development in transverse diameter and embryo sac formation in cytology has also been established in this study, which will be a reference to other pursuers
