摘  要:以10个西瓜品种的二倍体及其人工诱导的同源四倍体、三倍体为材料,研究不同倍性西瓜成熟果实Vc含量的差异及果实发育过程中Vc含量的变化。结果表明,不同倍性西瓜中Vc含量差异较大,9个品种三倍体或四倍体的Vc含量高于二倍体(P<0.05);不同倍性西瓜果实中Vc含量变化规律基本相同,幼果期较高、果实膨大期较低、成熟期较高,且呈近似"V"型变化曲线。其峰值的出现顺序为2X、3X、4X,倍性越高,其峰值出现越晚。不同染色体倍性西瓜果实Vc含量较高的时期均为成熟期。Watermelon contains high Vc content. There are no report on Vc content changes in watermelon fruit during its development. 10 watermelon (Citrullus lanatus )cultivars including their different ploidy (diploid, triploid crossed with 4X×2X and autotetraploid induced by colchicine)were selected for examing their Vc content and the difference among them during their fruit development. The results showed that the Vc contents were significantly different in different ploidy watermelons. The Vc contents in triploid or tetraploid were higher than in diploid in nine cultivars. The chang curve of Vc contents in watermelons with different ploidy were similar. The Vc contents in young fruits and ripe fruits were higher than in growing fruits. The changing trend of Ve content showed a "V" shape curve. The peak value appeared in the order of 2X, 3X, 4X. The diploid was higher, the peak value came out later. The period of the highest Ve content was mature fruit for different ploidy watermelon. The peak time of diploid watermelon appeared earlier than that of triploid and tetraploid.
