摘  要:对163份寒地早粳稻品种(系)的主要品质指标进行了分析,并采用相关分析和主成分分析方法研究了品质性状间的关系。结果表明,来自吉林和黑龙江早粳稻品种(系)163个中:有67.5%的品种的整精米率和58.3%品种的直连淀粉含量能够达到国标一级标准;但垩白粒率和垩白度高,分别仅有6.1%和1.2%的品种达到了国家一级优质米标准,达标率低。在选出的4个影响稻米品质的主因子中,粒形因子、碾磨因子和外观因子对稻米品质的累积贡献率为65.7%,为主要因子。由于稻米品质性状间的相关性和主因子的贡献率不同,寒地水稻品质育种应首先注意粒形和碾米品质的选择,以提高品质育种效率。One hundred and sixty three early japonica rice varieties (or lines) from Heilongjiang August First Land Reclamation University were analyzed by correlation and principal components analyses, The results showed that the variety with 67.5% head milled ratio and amylase content conformed to primary national standard, but the chalky rice rate and chalky degree were high, Based on the high quality rough rice qualitative index of China (GB/T17891 - 1999), 6. 1% and 1.2% of the varieties were of First class standard in grain quality score. Compared with other quality traits, chalking should be one of the most important breeding aims. Four principal component factors affecting grain quality were selected. The cumulative contribution rate of grain shape, milling and appearance quality to grain quality was 65. 7%. It was suggested that grain shape and milling quality should be particularly considered in rice grain quality breeding.
