摘　　要：１号高炉大修顺利完成，于１９９７年５月２５日点火开炉。本次大修中，高炉炉体耐材、炉身冷却系统、炉前出铁场、水渣等系统均作了改进。炉体关键部位采用了高品质耐材，炉身增设中压不断水系统，炉前出铁场取消了沉铁罐，实现炉台平坦化，三电实现了一体化。另外，实施了炉前脱Ｓｉ，喷吹重油改为喷吹煤粉，均采用了先进的新工艺。No.1BF had its successful overhaul and was blown in on May 25,1997.During the overhualing,some improvements were made in the refractories for BF body,cooling system of BF shaft,casthouse and water slag systems:quality refractories were used in the key places of BF body,medium pressure consistant water supplying system was added to BF shaft,residual molten iron ladle was removed from the casthouse and the electric,instrument & computer(EIC) were integrated into one.In addition,advanced technologies have been introduced into the practices of casthouse desiliconization and pulverized coal injetion instead of heavy oil.
