摘　　要：目的:建立采用系数计算通过一个对照品,计算出多个成分的含量的方法,以全面控制药品质量。方法:基于Lambert-Beer定律,用高效液相色谱法测定峰面积,折算出2个成分的计算系数。结果:测得了4组成分的系数,并进行了验证,结果较满意。结论:该方法在一定范围内可行。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of multi-composition in traditional Chinese medicine by module calculation. Method： In view of the law of lambert-beer, the modulue of two compositions was converted on basis of peak area by HPLC. Result： The modulues of four groups were gotten and the effects of validation were well. Conclusion： The method was feasible and could be used within a certain range.
