黑云杉种源早期选择研究

摘　　要：选择已成功引种到北京地区的北美黑云杉为研究对象,以来自加拿大的9个黑云杉种源的一年生容器苗为试验材料,在温室中测定不同种源云杉幼苗的早期生长、生理等指标,并对其进行深入的分析,以期为探讨今后种源的苗期选择和北美云杉属植物的引种、育种和推广栽培提供理论依据。结果表明黑云杉种源9060058是较好的种源,其他种源9060059,BS是有待进一步考察的种源。In containerized this dissertation ,we selected Picea mariana （9 seed sources are included）, as objects which are seedling of greenhouse of one year from different places in Canada but introduced successfully in Beijing. Analysis and studied physiology and stress resistance index of different seed source were carried out in order to provide academic basis about selecting of seed source in the seedling and introduction, breeding and spread planting of picea from north America, In the paper. Research results indicated Picea mariana of different seed sources have differences in a certain extent 9060058 of picea glauca is better seed sources through synthetically appraising. 9060059, BS need more review.
