摘　　要：对野生黄花白芨的种子进行组织快繁,获得了苗质健康的组培苗;同时从遗传本质上分析验证了它的分类地位和种类鉴定。We studied on the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Bletilla ochracea in the wild primariely, and succeeded in obtaining the healthy tissue culture seedings. We also built up the phylogenetic tree of this sort of plant to confirm the taxonomic level by the sequences of rDNA, ie. ITS 1, ITS 2, and 5.8 S rDNA.
