摘 要:梅山铁矿所产铁精矿因含磷、硫杂质高,无法满足冶炼的要求。采用磁选工艺处理脱硫铁精矿能有效降低铁精矿的磷、硫含量以及铁精矿的粘性。工业试验结果表明,对于含铁5277%,磷0399%,硫0440%的脱硫铁精矿,经过弱磁—强磁流程选别,可获得含铁5608%,磷0246%,硫029%的自熔性铁精矿,铁回收率为9451%。Meishan Iron Mine′s iron concentrate can not meet the smelting requirements due to its high phosphorus and sulfur content. However, its phosphorus and sulfur content and viscosity can be effectively reduced by magnetic separation. The industrial test has shown that iron concentrate containing 52 27% Fe, 0 339% Fe and 0 44% S is separated by low intensity magnetic separation and high intensity separation, obtaining self fluxing iron concentrate containing 56 08% Fe,0 246% P, and 0 29% S, with a recovery of 94 51% Fe.
