摘　　要：以云南鹤庆县为例,采取定量和定性相结合的方法,分析问卷调查资料以及相关统计数据,从生态、社会和经济效益3方面对该县退耕还林工程效益进行分析与评价,针对工程实施中存在问题,提出可持续发展的对策.Taking Heqing County as an example, using combined quantitative and qualitative method, survey data and related statistical data were analyzed. An assessment was conducted on the benefits of the program, in terms of three aspects including ecological, social and economic benefits. Several strategies were proposed for sustainable development of the program for the problems existing in the implementation process of the program.
