转炉挡渣塞的研究及其结构设计

摘　　要：通过水力模型试验，研究了转炉出钢时钢液和熔渣的流动规律，分析了挡渣球等挡渣装置命中率低下的原因，完成了带导向杆的陀螺形挡渣塞的结构设计。实践表明，本装置可以获得预期的挡渣效果。Based upon the hydralic model experiment,the flowing law of molten steel and molten slag in converter at tapping are studied,the reason why the skimmer such as skimming ball has low percentage of hits analysized,and the construetion design of gyro skimming plug with guide bar performed.Results show that the desired effect.can be achived by way of the device.
