肛周多间隙脓肿术后应用愈肛汤的临床研究

摘　　要：观察愈肛汤在肛周多间隙脓肿术后应用的疗效。根据肛周脓肿的病因病机和中医辨证论治的原则，将212例肛周多间隙脓肿术后患者随机分成两组，研究组109例采用西药常规治疗并配合口服愈肛汤，对照组103例采用西药常规治疗。结果显示，总有效率研究组为99．1％，对照组为91．3%（χ^2=7．2，P〈0．01）。结果表明，肛周多间隙脓肿术后应用愈肛汤可提高机体免疫力，提高治愈率，促进创口修复。The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of Yugang Tang,a decoction of traditional Chinese materia medica. In accordance with the principle of cause and mechanism of periaral abscess and selection of treatment accoTding to differential diagnosis, the 212 patients with perianal multispace abscess were randomised divided into two groups, 109 cases in the study group received routine west- ern drug treatment plus oral decoction of Yugang Tang, while the 103 cases in the controlled group received routine western durg therapy only. Results showed that the total improvement rate in the study group was 99.0%,while that in the controlled group was 91.3%（χ^2 =7.2, P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that Yugang Tang applied after the operation of perianal multi-space abscess may help enhance body immunity, raise cure rate and promote wound healing.
