以人为本的人文关怀理念在肛门疾病护理中的应用

摘　　要：采用以人为本的人文关怀理念护理166例肛门疾病患者（关怀组），为临床医疗工作提供优质服务；同时以传统护理方法护理169例肛门疾病患者（对照组），采用自行设计问卷对两组患者进行治疗效果和满意度调查。结果显示，关怀组治疗效果及满意率均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，采用以人为本的人文关怀理念护理肛门疾病患者，可缓解紧张焦虑、恐惧羞怯心理，减轻术后肛门疼痛、排尿、排便困难等并发症，增强自我调护能力，促进康复，提高医疗质量及患者的满意度。Taking the ideal of humanistic concerning based on person for nursing 160 patients with anal diseases（as concerning group）, giving them quality service in medical treatment, while taking traditional nursing for 164 patients with anal diseases（as controlled group）, both groups were compared each other by adopting authors self-designed questionaires to investigate the therapeutic effects and patients＂ satisfaction extent. As results,the two items of concerning group were all higher than those of controlled group（ P 0.05）. These show that the nursing used in concerning group can relief tension and anxiety,fear and timidity of the patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative anal pain, difficulty of micturition, dyschesia, etc, and enhance patients self nursing ability, thus promoting rehabilitaty and increasing quality of medical treatment as well patients satistaction extents.
