异辛酸稀土的合成及其在涂料中的应用

摘　　要：利用络合萃取法合成了高含量的异辛酸稀土，其较优合成条件是：异辛酸皂化率为80％左右，异辛酸与稀土的摩尔比为3．4：1、反应温度80℃，时间30min．通过其在醇酸漆中的应用，各项性能指标经检测均达到或优于传统催干剂标准．High-Content rare earth of 2-ethylhexoic acid has been synthesized by complex extraction method. The optimum synthetic conditions: the saponification rate of 2ethylhexoic acid is about 80%;the mole ratio of 2-ethylhexoic acid to rare earth is 3. 4: ;the reaction lasts 30 mins at 80℃. Its application in alchoholic acid paint proved its properties are up to or superior to the traditional drier standard.
