摘 要:三参数Weibul分布是目前疲劳数据统计处理中最具生命力的一种分布。但由于其分布参数分析法估计的复杂性及概率纸法估计的精度较低,使其应用受到限制。提出一种利用图解及优化法相结合的方法求取其三个分布参数。并利用据此而编写的C语言计算机程序,对几种材料齿轮疲劳试验的寿命数据进行了三参数Weibul分布拟合,得出了较好的结果,证明了其实用性。Weibull distribution of three parameter is such a kind of distribution that has the strongest life force in dealing with fatigue data.However,in evaluating its parameters,the analytic method is complex and the probability paper method,i.e.graphic method,usually has lower precision,so its use is limited relatively.In this paper,a method combining the graphic method with the optimal method is proposed to evaluate its three parameters.Furthermore,a C language program based on this method is also written,and then by using it,several groups of life data obtained from several kinds of material gear’s fatigue test have been fitted in Weibull distribution of three parameter;reasonable results are gained.Thus,the practicability of the method and the program have been proved.
