摘　　要：深入研究马克思主义"人的全面发展理论",可使思想政治教育工作者从教育的主、客体出发,全面、系统、科学的展开工作。从本世纪初开始,随着思想政治教育界在"人的全面发展理论"领域的研究工作不断深入并付诸实践,思想政治教育工作如何"诠释"该理论并以"诠释"为起点展开的研究,就是如何运用该理论支持和服务于思想政治教育工作的关键。In-depth studying on the theory of full development of man in Marxism can make the workers of the college students＇ideological and political education comprehensive, systematic, scientific work,from the two aspects of the main and the object of education. From the beginning of this century, the research on this area continued to deepen and put into practice in ideological and political education.But how to ＂interpret＂ the theory and start the research on the ＂interpretation＂ is the key of how we use it to serve the ideological and political education..
