摘 要:以红、蓝、绿为基,制备了不同发光层组合次序的有机发光器件,研究了各发光层的顺序及厚度对器件性能的影响,并在此基础上构成了白色有机发光器件。通过改变关键发光层的厚度,来调节不同颜色之间的平衡,从而达到色度很好的白色;由于关键发光层的厚度很薄,因此得到的器件在高电压的色度漂移也很小。优化的白光器件在200mA/cm2时,电流效率为3.78cd/A,色坐标为x=0.345,y=0.323。根据激子产生和扩散理论,讨论了器件性能对于各发光层的厚度及激子扩散长度的依赖关系,拟合结果与实验结果吻合。Based on red,green, blue multi-emitting layer, organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs) with different order of emission layer are fabricated. White OLEDs are realized based on the research of the influence of order and thickness of different emission layers on the performances of devices. The saturated white OLED coming from a balance of different colors is realized by adjusting the thickness of tee key emission layer. The color drift is tiny since tee thickness of the key emission layer is very thin. The optimized white OLED has a current efficiency of 3.78 cd/A, and commission internationale d'Fclairage (CIE) coordinates of (x=0. 345 ,y=0.323) at 200 mA/cm^2. According to the theory of excitions generation and diffusion, the relationship between spectrum intensity and the thickness of every layer,the excitons diffusion length is discussed. The result of tee theory analysis is in good agreement with tee experiments.
