钼精矿焙砂成型粘结剂的开发及作用机理

摘　　要：通过对多种具有粘结潜力的物质进行试验，选定了两种对钼焙砂成型具有明显效果的粘结剂ＬＢ和ＹＢ，并分别就其用量和成型水分对团块性能的影响进行了系统的试验研究。同时，还详细探讨了这两种粘结剂在成型过程中的作用机理。On the basis of tests on several substantials that is regarded as possible binders,two effective binders,LB and YB are selected for forming of baking powder from molybdenum concentrate.The effects of addition quantity of the two binders and moisture content on the quality of forming are investigated respectively.Meanwhile,the binding mechanism of the binders in agglomerates are discussed respectively.
