摘　　要：从产品数据管理的功能需求入手,分析了汽车车灯模具设计与制造平台的结构,以功能和任务为单元,对企业现有工作流程进行分解、重组和整合,规划出更合理的工作流程。研究了基于面向对象技术的模具数据管理的建模技术,建立了模具产品数据管理系统的结构体系,实现了产品结构管理、文档管理、工作流程管理及用户权限管理,给出了系统集成与数据交换的实施方法。The structure and manufacturing platform of an injection mould for an automobile lamp was analyzed according to the functional requirements for PDM. By taking function and tasks as a unit, the existing workflow was decomposed, reorganized and integrated and a more reasonable scheme was achieved. The modeling technique for die data management based on object-oriented technology was studied; and the structural system of PDM for injection moulds was established. The product structure management, document management, workflow management and user permission management were achieved. And the implementation method of system integration and data exchange was given.
