摘　　要：通过对塑件翘曲变形的CAE模拟,可评价影响塑件翘曲变形的因素——模具冷却系统设计的优劣,经实例验证,对冷却方案改进后,塑件冷却均匀,大大减少了塑件的翘曲变形,提高了塑件质量。可为注射模冷却系统设计提供指导与借鉴。The scheme of mould cooling system can be evaluated by CAE numerical simulation on the warpage of injection moulding parts. As seen from an example, the application ,of CAE in the warpage analysis of an injection molding part can help design the mould cooling system and thus improve the product quality.
