摘 要:介绍了一种楔横轧轧制梯形螺纹轴的模具设计方法,模具由预坯段和螺纹段组成。预坯段由起楔段、展宽段和圆弧精整段组成。螺纹段模具孔型以模具齿顶宽不变和侧壁张角不变为条件,通过楔横轧上、下模对滚,模具齿形根据咬入和挤出工件材料体积相等理论设计。通过DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟验证轧件质量,验证了模具进行螺纹轴轧制的可行性,该模具设计方法为楔横轧螺旋轴类件轧制技术研究提供理论依据和参考。The design method of a die for wedge rolling an acme threaded shaft was stated. The die is composed of preparative billet sections and threaded sections. The preparative billet sections indude wedge section, spread section and arc finishing section. The die groove in the threaded section was designed based on the volume invariability theory of the metal that is wedged in and extruded out the shaft when the shaft is processed; and with the die's tooth tip width and lateral wall field angle staying invariable. The rolling process was simulated by finite element software DEFORM-3D, verifying the feasibility of rolling acme threaded shaft in dies. The design method provides theoretical basis and reference to the study of wedge rolling threaded shafts.
