摘 要:目的探讨β纤维蛋白原HaeⅢ基因多态性与2型糖尿病脑梗死间的关系。方法对59名发病10d内的糖尿病合并脑梗死者(DM2CI组)、50名糖尿病患者(DM2组)和53名查体者(CON组)用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)的方法,分析受试者的基因型,用Follin酚法测定纤维蛋白原浓度。结果各基因型频率和等位基因频率在3组之间均无显著性差异。DM2组血浆Fg水平(3.16±0.28)g/L与DM2CI组(2.73±0.24)g/L和CON组(2.41±0.32)g/L比较均有显著性差异,DM2CI组血浆Fg水平与CON组比较无显著性差异。结论本研究未发现β纤维蛋白原HaeⅢ基因多态性与DM2CI之间有显著相关性,血浆Fg水平升高可能是DM2患者脑梗死发病的危险因素之一。Objective To investigate the relationship between β-fibrinogen HaeⅢ gene polymorphisms and type 2 diabetes combined with cerebral infarction. Methods 162 cases were divided into diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction group ( DMCI group), diabetes mellitus group ( DM group) and control group. The β-fibrinogen genotypes and the level of fibrinogen was detected by PCR, RFLP and Follin phenol method respectively. Results There was no significant difference among 3 groups in genotype frequencies and allele frequencies. The fibrinogen level of DM group(3.16 ±0.28g/ L) was higher than DMCI group(2.73 ± 0.24g/L) and control group(2.41 ± 0.32 g/L). Conclusion The β-fibrinogen HaeⅢ gene polymorphisms was not found to be related with DMCI. The increase of fibrinogen level may be one of risk factors of CI for DM patients.
