摘　　要：为了充分科学地利用宝贵的城镇雨洪资源,研究了国内现行城镇绿地规划建设模式,发现并分析出了其不足,提出了改进模式。研究表明:新的绿地规划建设模式应遵循"先利用后排放"的原则,达到科学补给地下水,切实改善生态环境,有效预防城镇雨洪灾害,基本消除雨水径流污染,利于缓解城镇供水矛盾,切实提高经济效益的目的,从而实现城镇雨洪资源的可持续利用。The current planning and construction modes of the urban green space at home are studied herein; in which the deficiencies of the relevant modes are found and analyzed, and then the improved mode is put forward, so as to fully utilize the valuable urban rain-water resources in a scientific way. The study shows that the new mode of the planning and construction of the green space must follow the principle of ＂utilization before drainage＂, and get the target of scientific recharge of ground water, actual improvement of eco-environment, effective prevention of the disaster from the urban rain-flood, basically eliminating the pollution from the runoff of rain water, favourable to alleviate the contradiction of urban water supply and increase the economic benefits concerned, and hence, to realize the sustainable utilization of the urban rain-water as well.
