摘　　要：莱钢较早开展循环经济理论研究,积极转变经济发展方式,探索钢铁企业循环经济发展模式,被国家发改委等七部委确定为国家第一批循环经济试点单位。在循环经济实践中,逐步完善"3223"循环经济运行体系,形成了"四四"循环经济发展模式,有效地推动了莱钢的经济发展。Laiwu Steel is one of the pioneers of carrying out the study of cyclic economy theories, actively transforming economy development way, exploring cyclic economy development model of iron and steel enterprises, thus it has been selected as first lot experimental unit of cyclic economy development in China by seven ministries and commissions including National Development and Reform Commission. In the practices of cyclic economy development in Iaiwu Steel, the 3223 cyclic economy operation system has been established and gradually improved, and the four-four cyclic economy development model was formed, which have been effectively promoting the economy development of Laiwu Steel.
