摘　　要：为提高铁产量,解决铁产量不足制约炼钢生产的问题,莱钢进行了为期3个半月的提高铁产量攻关。从生产组织、技术管理、原料供应等方面协调解决炼铁生产中存在的问题。经过攻关,在1#750m3高炉大修期间,日产铁量从停炉前的2.44万t提高到2.47万t,高炉各项技术经济指标明显改善,为完成全年任务做出了贡献。In order to increase iron output and resolve the problem of restricting steel production owning to insufficient iron output, Laiwu Steel concentrated on tackling key problems in improving iron output for three and a half months. The problems in iron-making were resolved through coordinating the production organization, technical management and raw material supply. As a result, the daily output was raised from 24.4 thousand tons before blowing down the No.1 750 m^3 BF to 24.7 thousand tons during the overhaul of the No.1 750 m^3 BF and various technical and economic indexes were improved obviously, which had made great contributions to hitting the year＇ s target of Laiwu Steel.
