摘  要:针对原系统中底吹流量曲线单一、恒定的问题,将每炉副枪测量的[C]、[O]及熔池液位进行回归分析,建立动态模型,根据模型运算结果及时调整底吹流量,实现了底吹流量的动态控制。数据表明,通过底吹工艺优化,同等条件下吹炼终点碳氧积由0.00276降低到0.00264,终点渣样中(TFe)含量下降3.16%,FeSi收得率由84.2%提高到86.4%,吨钢耗氧量由51.28m3/t降至48.53m3/t。In the old system, the bottom blowing flux curve was simple, constant, aimed at this problem, the content of [C] and [O] and liquid level in molten bath measured by sublanee were regressed and analyzed, establishing dynamic model and based the results calculated by the model, to adjust the blowing flux on time, then realizing the dynamic control to the bottom flux. Application data indicated that in the same conditions, the carbon-oxygen equilibrium in the end of blowing was decreased from 0.002 76 to 0.002 64, the content of TFe in slag was decreased by 3.16%, the yielding rate of FeSi was increased from 84.2% to 86.4% and the oxygen consumes per ton steel was reduced from 51.28 m^3/t to 48.53 m^3/t.
