摘 要:简述了丙酸苄酯的用途和常用的工业生产方法。综述了丙酸苄酯催化合成的研究进展,主要有固体酸催化法、相转移催化法以及杂多酸催化法等。分析了各种催化剂的性能、优缺点。采用性能更加优异的催化剂和更加经济合理的合成路线来催化合成丙酸苄酯,加快工程放大研究的步伐和工业化的进程,从植物资源中直接提取高品质的丙酸苄酯是丙酸苄酯的发展趋势。Use and production methods on industrial scale of benzyl propionate are introduced simply. Research progress of catalytic synthesis of benzyl propionate is reviewed. Methods of catalytic synthesis have solid acid catalysis, phase transfer catalysis and heteropoly acid catalysis. Performance and merits and drawbacks of all kinds of catalysts are analyzed. The prospect of benzyl propionate is put forward, i.e. catalysts with excellent performance and more economical and reasonable synthetic route are adopted to synthesize benzyl propionate, and research of engineering enlargement and industrialized process will be quickened, and benzyl propionate with high quality is extracted from plant resource directly.
