摘  要:金属拉丝废水的处理工艺主要过程是去除杂质和破乳,以赛特电工生产车间的废拉丝液为研究对象(COD含量为11 233 mg/L,pH值8.4,拉丝油含量4%),选用化学破乳法,通过实验室实验,分别采用电解质和混凝剂处理废液。结果表明:1)pH值越小,碱金属和碱土金属电解质破乳剂的用量越小,pH值为3时,无须加入任何破乳剂即可破乳;破乳剂用量并不随拉丝液浓度的增大而显著增加。2)用混凝剂聚合硫酸铁破乳,在pH值8.4时,最佳投加量为40 mL/L,最佳沉淀时间4 h,处理后上清液COD浓度为480mg/L,能满足进入污水处理厂水质要求。还介绍了吸附剂选择、研发和膜分离技术的研究进展。The main process of metal wire drawing wastewater treatment is removing impurity and demulsification. This article took Saint Electrician production workshop waste wiredrawing fluid (in which, COD concent is 11233 mg/L, pH valu is 8.4 and the concent of wire drawing oil is 4%) as research object, used chemical demulsification method and through laboratory experiment, adopted electrolyte and coagulant separately to deal with the wastewater. The experiment results showen that: 1) the smaller the pH value, the smaller the use amount of alkaline metal and the alkali earth metal electrolyte demutsifier, when the pH value was 3, the waste fluid could be demulsified no any demulsifier and the use amount of the demulsifier did not increase remarkably along with the wiredrawing fluid concentration increased. 2) Using polymeric ferric sulfate as coagulant demulsifying, when the pH value was 8.4, the best adding amount was 40mL per liter wastewater and the best precipitation time was 4 hours. Then the COD concentration was 480mg/L, reaching the water quality requirements to enter the sewage treatment plant. This article also introduced study progresses in absorbent choice, development and membrane separation technology aspects.
