摘  要:为满足国内高层建筑、大跨度场馆、高寒地区风力发电塔架建设用钢需求,采用钢质纯净的连铸坯,通过控制轧制及正火工艺,研制开发了以Q345E-Z25为代表的低合金高强度Z向钢板。试验表明抗层状撕裂钢板具有高强度、高低温韧性、易焊接以及良好的抗层状撕裂性能,产品实物质量优于国家标准要求,满足了用户的特殊需求。In order to meet the needs of steel in fields of high-rise buildings, large span constructions, wind-power towers in high-cold region, the, low alloy high strength Z-direction plates, such as Q345E-Z25 steel, were developed by adopting clean flawless slabs, controlled rolling and homogenization treatment. The results showed that the plate had high strength and low temperature impact toughness and good lamellar tearing resistant property and was weldable. The quality of the products was batter than the demands of the national standards and satisfied the special requirements of consumers.
