摘 要:采用双釜连续法合成了高固含聚合物聚醚多元醇(POP),研究了各种操作因素对聚合物多元醇性能的影响,在最优条件下合成出固含量45%,粘度为4 900 mPa.s(25℃)的聚合物多元醇产品。用动态光散射和扫描电镜研究了不同工艺下POP产品分散相粒子的粒径分布。结果表明采用双釜连续聚合工艺在增加聚合物多元醇产品分散相粒子粒径分布同时,又能增加平均粒径,从而能有效降低高固含聚合物多元醇的粘度。High solid content polymer polyols were synthesized by two-reactor continuous process, and various operation conditions were studied. In this study, POP with 45% solid content and 4 900 mPa·s (25 ℃) viscosity was synthesized by two-reactor continuous process under the most optimized condition. The distribution of diameters of dispersion particles were studied by dynamic light scattering and SEM. The results showed that the broader distribution of diameters was gained by two-reactor continuous process than by batch process, and the mean diameter was higher than that of one-reactor, so the viscosity of POP by two-reactor continuous process was lower.
