摘　　要：在机械工程创新实践教育中,就如何构筑完善的实践教学体系,以便启发学生创新思维,激励学生动手创新,培养创新实践能力,从而迅速适应企业生产要求,实现岗位创新,进行了详细的分析和研究,强调了创新设计实验在培养岗位创新能力中的重要作用。结合产品实际开发过程,系统地建立了以现代设计与制造技术为主线的创新设计实践教学体系。This paper has comprehensively analyzed and studied the realization of position innovation and me swift adaptation to the product requirements of enterprise on how to construct perfect education practice system and how to cultivate the ability of innovative practice by heuristic teaching for student＇s innovative thought and encourage them to make practice personally. It underlines the important influence of the innovative design experiment to the position innovation. Considered the process of practical product design and development, the practice teaching system of innovative design based on the main idea of modern design and manufacturing technology has been systematically set forth.
