摘　　要：对虚拟制造技术进行探讨,并对其在模具设计制造中的应用进行了系统的分析,实现了试制样品前的设计检查、主模型建立、数控加工仿真及程序优化。This paper discusses the virtual manufacturing technology and analyzes its application in the design and manufacturing of mold. Then the design check - up, main model establishment, NC machining simulation, program optimization are realized before the trial - manufacture of prototype model.
