摘 要:目的:应用非周期波谱分析技术对受试者用药后的原始脑电信号进行分析。方法:采用寻找脑电波峰、谷的技术,对每秒内脑电波峰或谷的数目以及每个峰的电压进行计算,并将0~30Hz的脑电波分成四个波段。结果:发现0~3Hz、4~7Hz、8~11Hz每秒脑电波数或电压并无规律性变化,12~30Hz每秒电压或波数呈现明显的规律性变化,并与浓度具有良好的相关性。结论:可以应用非周期波谱分析技术获得反映药物效应的参数,从而为进一步的药效学研究创造了条件。A periodic waveform analysis was developed for the analysis of raw electroence- phalogram (EEG) signals of volunteers after intravenous midazolam. With a periodic analysis, peaks and troughs of EEG were found; and calculated their numbers and voltage. Aperiodic brain wave from 0~30Hz were devided into four bands. The results showed that number or voltage of EEG wave per second of 0~3Hz, 4~7Hz. 8~11Hz had no regular change with exchange of drug concentration,while of 12~30Hz, there was were obvious change releted with drug concentration, it was considered as the best descriptor of EEG effect. The results confirmed that the aperiodic waveform analysis can be used to measure EEG effects successfully and can be used for pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling of CNS drugs .
