经皮纽扣式补片法治疗成人先天性室间隔缺损

摘　　要：采用纽扣式补片法关闭先天性室间隔缺损（VSD）6例，均获成功，术后心脏杂音减弱或消失。随访3个月至1年，彩色多普勒血流显像证实VSD闭合。表明纽扣式补片法对治疗选择性VSD是可行的。Six patients were catheteried successfully closures ofcongenital ventricular septal defects (VSD) with buttoneddevice. After the procedures, the murmor became attenuated or disappeared. During a 3 ~ 12 months follow- up period, the closures of VSD had been testified by color flowmapping. It demonstrated that the method of the buttoneddevice is avaible to cure VSD electively and has advantagessuch as safeness, less impairment, a short period of rehabilitation, and freedom of surgical operation.
