台州口岸入境小型散装废五金船舶医学媒介生物监测与控制

摘　　要：〔目的〕调查台州口岸入境散装废五金船舶携带医学媒介生物现状,为开展口岸传染病监测和媒介生物防制提供科学依据。〔方法〕对2004年6月—2005年12月期间,在台州口岸入境的172艘次,往返于日本—台州航线,运载废五金的小型散货船进行医学媒介生物携带情况调查,并对调查中数据进行统计和分析。〔结果〕发现蝇类阳性船舶17艘次,阳性率9.88%,捕获蝇类2种,264只;发现蜚蠊阳性船舶4艘次,阳性率2.33%,捕获德国小蠊1577只;未发现有鼠类阳性。〔结论〕积累了该类船舶携带医学媒介生物的本底资料,对该类船舶实施医学媒介生物监测与控制的方法进行了探索,初步建立了卫生检疫的工作模式。Objective To discuss the present situation about carries of medium creature on entry bulk ship carrying metal scraps at Taizhou port, and to carry out seaport infections disease monitor to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of medium creature. Method The situation of medium creature carried by one hundred and seventy two small type bulk ships sailing between Japan and China by one and a half year was analyzed. Result Investigative result showed that fly and cockroach were found frequently on ships, the percentage was 9.88% and 2.33%,and mouse was not be found. Conclusion Through the investigation, we have collected the basic dates of medium creature, and mastered their variety and density, strengthened science of prevention and cure, enhanced the sanitarian supervision and sanitarian quarantine, and upgrade the functions and effects of disinfection and killing. Furthermore, the daily prevention and cure for ships have been formed and perfected.
