摘　　要：目的：探讨舒适护理在喉癌气管切开放疗患者中的应用，以促进患者的舒适。方法：对20例喉癌气管切开放疗患者存在沟通障碍、气道干燥、放射性皮炎、留置气管套管带来的不适及心理不适采用针对性的舒适护理。结果：本组20例患者无1例发生严重并发症，均顺利完成放疗，对护理工作满意度提高。结论：舒适护理能有效促进患者舒适，密切护患关系，提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To discuss the comfortable care for larynx cancer patients with tracheotomy and actinotherapy, and to soothe the patients. Methods：To apply comfortable care in 20 patients, who had obstacle in communication and suffered xeransis, radioactive dermatitis, discomfort after tracheotomy and radiation therapy. Results：No severe syndrome was occuedr among the 20 patients. All of them were underwent the radiation therapy smoothly and were satisfactory for the nursing care. Conclusion：Comfortable care had the effects in comforting the patients and enhancing the patients＇ living quality.
