摘 要:在纳米TiO_2表面包覆一层SiO_2薄膜,用含氨基的硅烷偶联剂对TiO_2表面进行修饰合成功能化纳米TiO_2(sTiO_2-NH_2),然后将sTiO_2-NH_2与聚丙烯(PP)及少量马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)通过熔融共混结合反应增容技术制备PP/PP-K-MAH/sTiO_2-NH_2纳米复合材料。考察了纳米粒子和大分子相容剂用量对复合材料性能的影响。由于功能化纳米粒子表面-NH_2与PP-g-MAH发生了化学反应,增强了两相的界面作用并促使纳米粒子在PP中的均匀分散,在添加质量分数为2%的纳米粒子和质量分数为5%大分子相容剂时,相对纯PP材料而言,复合材料的拉伸和冲击强度分别提高了32%和400%,实现了对PP的增强增韧。The nano-titanium dioxides were firstly coated with a silicon dioxide nano-film and then modified with silane coupling agent containing amine groups (-NH2) for synthesizing sTiO2-NH2. A kind of high performance nano-composite, polypropylene(PP)/PP-graft-maleic anhydride(PP-g-MAH)/sTiOz-NH2, was prepared by melt blending PP with the amine-functionalized titanium dioxides and PP-g-MAH in small quantity, i.e. the technology of reactive compatibilization. The effect of content of nano-particles and macromolecular compatibilizer on performance of the nano-composite was explored. The chemical reaction of --NH2 on the surface of the functionalized nano-particles with PP-g-MAH significantly strengthened the interfacial action between titanium dioxides and PP phase and furthermore, facilitated the homogeneous dispersion of the nanoparticles in the PP matrix. The mechanical test results show that compared with pure PP, the tensile strength and notch impact strength of PP/PP-g-MAH/sTiOz-NH2 increases by 32% and 400%, respectively, when mass fraction of the nano-particles and macromolecular compatibilizer reaches 2% and 5%, respectively. These analytical data confirm the realization of reinforcement and toughening of the PP resin.
