摘 要:针对低密度聚乙烯装置分离器的除雾效果不理想导致装置停车的问题,分析了分离器的生产操作工况,研究了高聚物在不同温度下的流动性和降解程度,制定了间歇加热至300~320℃,强化排料等改造方案,以提高分离效率,延长生产周期。改造后,每月分离器及后续设备管道内少积存高聚物约220 kg,解决了分离器及后续设备管道的堵塞问题,使生产周期延长至6个月。The authors scrutinized the operation condition of the separator in the low density polyethylene (LDPE) plant and studied the flowability and degradation degrees at different temperatures of the resultant LDPE resin for the sake of eliminating the shutdown of the plant caused by the unsatisfactory demisting efficiency of the separator. An specific alteration scheme, involving the measures of intermittent heating to 300-320℃and intensifying discharge of the resultant, etc., was set down, aiming at raising separation effectiveness and prolonging production period. Material of 220 kg less was remained in the separator and pipelines of the downstream facilities each month since the alteration; the production period of the LDPE plant was prolonged to 6 months.
