摘  要:研究了固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-SiO2催化聚合松香与甘油酯化反应的动力学。结果表明:SO42-/TiO2-SiO2催化聚合松香与甘油酯化反应的适宜条件为:n(聚合松香)∶n(甘油)=3∶2.52、70℃、反应60 min、搅拌速度800 r/min、催化剂粒径150μm和0.6%的催化剂配比。过量的甘油有利于提高酯化率和产品质量,改变催化剂粒径和搅拌速度,能够消除内外扩散对反应的影响。酯化反应为双分子酰-氧断裂历程的二级反应,动力学方程为k=1.39×1011e-127786/RT,过程限制环节是界面化学反应扩散控制。The kinetics of esterification of polymerized rosin with glycerol catalyzed by sohd superacid SO4^2-/TiO2-SiO2 was studied in this paper. The results had shown that the esterification reaction of polymerized rosin with glycerol was carried out under the condition of a ratio of n (polymerized rosin) : n (glycerol) = 3: 2.5, a temperature of 270℃, a reaction duration of 60 min, and an agitation rate of 800 r/min,in the presence of 0.6% of catalyst(with a grain diameter of 150 pan). The results also showed that excessive glycerol could improve the esterification yield and product quality. Change in diameter of catalyst and agitation rate could eliminate the effect of internal and external diffusion on esterification reaction. The esterification reaction was a second order reaction on the fracture of bimolecular aeyl and oxygen bonds, and the kinetics equation was expressed as k = ONG39 ×10^11 e-1277i6/RT,with the process constrained by the diffusion controlled interface chemistry.
