摘　　要：管理评审中易出现时机选择单一、输入不完善、输出存在不足等情况,为较好贯彻GJB9001A-2001标准开展管理评审活动,从管理评审的时机、评审输入和评审输出等方面入手,对容易出现问题的表现形式,以及原因和对策进行探讨,以提高管理评审的有效性和效率。During management evaluation, it is easy to appear such cases as the single opportunity selection, the uncompleted input, and insufficient output. Aimed to carry out GJB9001A-2001 standard and management evaluation successfully, start with studying the opportunity of management evaluation, the input and the output. Discuss the forms, reasons and the countermeasures of the problems easy to appear, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the management evaluation.
