摘  要:采煤塌陷区拥有丰富的水资源和待开发的土地资源,但土地产出率和抵御自然灾害能力不足,需修筑封闭堤防,使高潜水位采煤塌陷区水系相对封闭,配套六级沟洫,有效排除涝水和降低地下水位,建立适合平原高潜水位采煤塌陷土地的水系,为不同功能区配置水资源提供条件。There are plenty of water resources and land resources to be reclaimed in subsided land of mining coal with higher level of underground water on plains. As the benefit of the land resources is extremely low and the capability for disaster prevention is poor, it is necessary to build an obturated embankment outside the cave-in land, which would close down the water system of mining coal with higher level of underground water, to arrange six-level gouges throughout the cave-in land for removing water-logging and reducing water table, and to build a regulating and controlling system of water resources and set up water system of in mining coal on plains for the purpose of providing conditions for water resource disposition in different functional areas.
