摘  要:MODBUS现场总线是目前工控领域较为先进的控制技术,着重介绍对滚塑设备进行MODBUS RTU现场总线控制技术的改造中的几个问题,首先是该控制系统的硬件选型问题,其次是PLC、变频器、工控机的硬件组态问题,再次是利用相关软件完成对整个系统的组态问题。在对运行系统的任何参数进行修改时,只需在上位机上设置就可实现,不需在现场对其他任何元件做出调整,同时做到对整个滚塑生产过程实现监控。MODBUS field bus is a more developed controlling technique in the field of engineering controlling at present. This thesis mainly introduces several problems in the process of reforming the controlling technique of MODBUS RTU field bus of rolling plastic equipment. At first, the author introduces the hardware selection of the controlling system, then, the sys- tematic condition of PLC, frequency converter and engineering controlling apparatus,at last, utilizing relative software to complete the systematic condition of the whole system. The correction of any variables of the working system can be all accomplished by a simple installment on the main computer with no need of adjusting any component on the spot and at mean time supervising the whole process of rolling plastic production.
